Rural House U uses half of the house as an inn,

and there are residents in the half of the house.

Although it is completely partitioned, the old folk house has low sound insulation and weak heat insulation.

The bedroom faces the road, there is a possibility of noise depending on the time and season, so please refrain from nervous people for sounds.

From 22:00 pm to 6:00 am, please cooperate in turning off all rooms, washrooms, and shower rooms on the first floor.

No air conditioning machine in the bed rooms.

No Hot spring and bath tub in the house.

Please check the following contents before booking.

・Handling firearms is strictly prohibited inside the building, on the premises, and around the building. Smoking, using Irori hearth, bonfire and barbecue are prohibited.

・No noise, such as banquets, parties, or music at a loud volume, inside or around the hotel, or on the premises.

・People with pets cannot enter the house or stay.

・No one other than the guest is allowed to enter. In addition, it is strictly forbidden to enter the residential area or the staff room.

Rural House Uは、住宅の半分を宿として利用しているため、同じ建物内に居住者がいます。完全に仕切っておりますが、生活音が伝わる事などご理解いただいた上でのご利用をお願い致します。

また寝室は道路に面しているため時期や時間によって騒音の可能性がありますので神経質な方はご遠慮ください。

夜22時～朝６時の間は１階全てのお部屋及び洗面所、シャワールームの消灯などにご協力頂きます。

寝室にエアコン、館内に温泉、浴槽はありません。古民家のためホテルの様な全館空調ではないことをご了承ください。

食事の提供はしておりません。

ご利用に際しては以下の内容・注意事項について必ずご確認ください。

・館内及び敷地内や建物周辺では火器の取り扱いは厳禁です。喫煙・いろりの使用・焚火・バーベキューなどは禁止です。

・館内及び敷地内や周辺での宴会やパーティ・音楽を大音量で聞くなど騒音は禁止です。

・ペットをお連れの方は立ち入り・ご宿泊出来ません。

・宿泊者以外の方の立ち入りは厳禁です。また住居部やスタッフ専用ルームへの立ち入りも厳禁です。

Cleaning is not included during your stay. Cleaning tools are installed in the house.

If you are staying for consecutive nights, we ask to cooperate in separating and collecting the waste.

If your plan to stay for ３ nights or more, we will prepare linen for replacement only if you request, so please tell us.

Regarding winter heating, there is an air conditioner in the dining room and an oil fan heater will be installed in the living room and bedrooms, but we ask that you use it only if you understand to handle firearms. In addition, the fuel tank will be fully prepared, but an additional 2500 yen will be charged for additional fuel for 18L tank.

滞在中に清掃はございません。清掃道具は館内各所に設置しています。

連泊滞在の場合はゴミの分別と回収にご協力頂きます。

３泊以上の方で希望された場合、交換用のタオルとシーツをご用意させていただきますのでお申しつけください。

交換についてはセルフサービスでお願い致します。

冬の暖房について、ダイニングルームのエアコン、リビングルーム及び寝室に石油ファンヒーターを設置します。火器の取り扱いにご理解いただいた上ご利用をお願いしております。また燃料タンクは満タンでご用意しますが追加の燃料補充については18Lタンク１個あたり別途２５００円を追加で請求させていただきます。
